Is it possible to move programmes you have recorded on you sky hd+ box onto a hard drive or something like that? Basically i'm moving house but the sky box will be staying where it is and i want to watch my programmes that are saved on it :D

Try this http://www.skycopyplus.co.uk/, although you'll need to put the hard drive into a Skybox with an active sub to view anything recorded that's not FTA.

Might be cheaper & handier to buy a second hand Sky+ box from donedeal or adverts.ie and swap it for the box that's there already.

I use a video capture device connected to the Sky box and my pc to record over to my pc, its time consuming but it seem to be the only way to get the stuff out of the box, except from using a dvd recorder. To move the stuff to another harddrive with sky+ only moves the data, its still encrypted and it doesn't seem to work very well with the newer versions of the Sky boxes as far as I understand it
