    Got a Blackgold BGT3595 last March. Worked great for DVB-T/S however the DVB-S stopped working after xmas. Was reseating the card and noticed a cap had blow on the card.

    Emailed Blackgold 3 or 4 times using different methods - web/direct email.

    No answer at all.

    I can still use it for DVB-T and got a TBS card for the DVB-S2.

    Not very impressed with Blackgold. Anyone else ever try to contact them.

    they're notorious for bad customers support, even their drivers leave a lot to be desired. did you try threatening to contant the consumer rights groups in the ul if you didn't get a response?
