The Hayfield Manor is on College Rd.

There are B&B's lining the Western Road. Think every house on one side of the road from the main gates to Jail cross that isn't owned by the college is a B&B. You'll defo find something there. In terms of hotels, there's the River Lee hotel. It's not as close as Hayfield Manor, but Hayfield is 5 star so it might be a bit pricier. Check it out yourself though.
    Train station: Google maps ftw

Brookfield hotel is at the end of College Road and would be a lot cheaper than Hayfield Manor. Sorr no idea about taxi cost but you can get a direct bus (no5) from gate of Brookfield to train station afaik.

about a 30 minute walk. 7-10 euro in a taxi.

there's also a hostel on western road by Gaol Cross, a short walk to the college.

River Lee hotel (nee Juries) would be an option too. No 5 bus does Kent to UCC
