Internal wall re build and removal if internal brick wall cost

    Hi,

    Thinking of buying a house at the moment but would like to do some work to the kitchen and the cost of this work will really reflect if we are prepared to buy or not.


    Work would include rebuilding an internal block wall where internal double doors currently stand and replastering as required. We would also like to remove another wall which is block and load bearing approximately 4m in length. I would like this wall to come out totally so will need some sort of steel beam.

    Im not looking for exact costs just whether it would be €5000 or €10000, just an indication.
