Has anyone with a Galaxy Nexus got Android 4.0.3 or 4.0.4 on their phones officialy through an OTA update yet? I am still on 4.0.2 at the moment

4.0.3 was never released to the Galaxy Nexus & 4.0.4 is a CDMA LTE release only.

4.0.2 is the latest GSM release.
