I am considering a job in Sandyford Ind. Estate but I need to organise a means of transport to and from the city. Trying to work out how much a monthly ticket would cost as I intend on commuting to and from city centre.

So would I be correct in saying that it would cost me (student) €43.50? Isint it only two zones to Sandyford, cant quite work it out!

If someone could confirm this price for me or provide me with an alternative route to Sandyford Industrial estate id appreciate it!

You will need a valid student travelcard to get a student ticket, the journey from Stephens green to Stillorgan covers 3 zones so adult 30 day ticket costs €75 and a student ticket costs €50.50

There is also a Flexi ticket valid for 30 days which covers travel across all zones on both lines which costs €63.50 from the ticket machines but only €59.70 from Luas ticket agents.

Would it cost the same from the Ranelagh top to the Sandyford Industrial estate stop?

I think the 11 bus also goes there but it takes ages and the Luas is a quicker option.
