No matter what website you are buying from , you will discover that Payments methods are normally set by the seller .

If it is eBay you are enquiring about , it is up to the seller to tick the boxes ,and decide which payment methods to accept .

The main ones on eBay are :
    • Paypal
    • Postal Order
    • Bank Draft
    • Personal Cheque
    • Credit Card
    • Escrow .
The most popular one is Paypal , because it offers protection , and card details are never revealed to the seller .

Now in your case , you need to communicate with the seller and ask if they will accept a payment method that suits you .

For eBay transactions, Paypal is probably the best payment method for buyers. It's safe and they tend to side with buyers in disputes.
