Paypal issue

    Hello, I have the following problem.
    My card is maestro and won't work on online shopping with paypal. so.. Im playing some online game and I want to buy points, and the owner of the server lives in brasil, I was wondering if I could transfer the money i got in my aib account to paypal account and then send the money to him.

    I was looking around my online banking options and I found this details
    Do you wish to make this payment using?
    An NSC and account number
    A SWIFT Address/BIC and IBAN

    Receiver NSC (what's this?):

    Receiver account number:

    Message to appear on receiver statement:

    I would need to fill them with paypal details? and also i was wondering if there is any fees on paypal.
    Also my account is a student account, and I presume my name on it is the same on the card i got, my paypal account would ahve to have exactly the same name right?

    Login to your PayPal account at Paypal.com. Click on Top Up Account and everything will be listed briefly. ;)
