Sky hd box setup

    I got a sky hd box when my office moved locations it was never used now that my sky plus box is acting up I'd like to know can I set it up without contacting sky as I tried before and just the FTA channels worked I would appreciate any help

    You will have to take the card from the Sky+ box and put it into the HD box.You will need to ring Sky to have the card paired with the box in order for the recording function and the premium channels to work.

    To save time on the phone have your viewing card number and the serial number of the box to hand when you phone them.
