K bit of a rant here but just looking for some boardsie advice...
Have had a rough few years between one thing and another n have done things i swore i d never do, i constantly feel down n just not right if that makes sense?
Feels like there should be more to life than just through going the motions of normality from morning to night!
Im thinking about going to doc n just saying how im feeling, has anyone gone thru with it n come out feeling better if that makes sense if they dont mind saying that is?

I'd go to a doctor, maybe even see a counsellor if you really do feel upset about the way your life is at the moment.

Personally, if things stay stagnant with me and it starts annoying me, I change things up a little bit by trying a new route home from college, spontaneously deciding I'm going out to town for a night out or even just texting a friend I havent seen in a while and meet them for lunch. That way it's not a huge change but it's enough to make me feel better.
