Greystones, Co. Wicklow - music collective

    Hi there,
    I'm iterested in starting a music collective in the Greystones area of Co.Wicklow. I've gigged in bands previously and would like to hear from anybody interested in kicking around ideas.

    Influences range from Bukka White to British Sea Power. I'm looking to hook up with percussion, bass, keyboard, electronic and wind instrumentalists.

    I've recently moved to Greystones and I was previously a member of a music collective with similar interests in Dublin. I'm setting up a small studio in the house so I'd be very interested in meeting up and having a jam

    No reply for the OP.....

    Any musicians in the general Greystones/Bray/Wicklow area interested in meeting up? Willing to facilitate a jam in my place, I'm primarily a guitarist with a love for effects pedals and My Bloody Valentine-like textures, but open to anything from Ambient (Eno etc) to Progressive Jazz time-signature fun (eg Jaga Jazzist). As long as its pushing the envelope, I'm up for it! I also have some other more "conventional" tunes written from a few years ago, think mainstream sounding Arcade Fire-like sound.
