just thought i should actually post some info about myself, i'm not working at the moment so my weekends are pretty much always free, i can travel but obviously there are restrictions, i'm very easy going and i tend to get along with everyone very well, i have pretty much no rpg eperience other than watching live d&d videos with chris perkins such as the pax celebrity games and uk adventures, infact watching these is what got me so interested in joining in :p

Take a look through this thread -> http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=147432

You may find someone in the same area as yourself.

Also, feel free to get in touch with any of the university games societies. They almost all accept non-student members and at the very least can put you in touch with groups with openings, etc.

Hey all, posted this in the Goblin Party thread, but seeing as this thread is one I can really relate to (never really played before but really really want to get into it) I thought I would post this here too:

Late 20's Irish male seeks an RPG group for long walks on the beach wink.gif

I'm pretty much a beginner, having only played 3 single adventure sessions (pathfinder, D&D 4th ed and WOD). Some info about me:

    Living in North Dublin
    Working close to city centre.
Have car will travel (at least a reasonable distance anyway!)
Just escaped college after 8 years a few months ago.
Would ideally like to join a regular group for a game one of the nights of Mon-Thursday as I tend to have to visit family a lot during the weekends.

I'd really appreciate any group that would be willing to take me on, and please PM me if you want any more info or to get to know me a bit better. Also if anyone wants to give me any advice on where to look for a group or anything I would appreciate any help I can get.

    Cheers!
