I have a bit of money in a rabbo savings account. Just sitting there really. Was thinking of opening one of their investment accounts. Would this be a reasonable buy, or should I look somewhere else? Like a managed fund somewhere. I also have AIB for day to day banking etc.

Looking to put half my savings maybe into investments, and the other have as "just in case / home improvement"

Each year they give their own picks of what they think will perform well throughout the year, might be good to look at these first. Each fund has a different risk rating, you should read the fund factsheet for each fund you are considering purchasing and I'd recommend balancing the risk by not investing in the same sectors or regions to spread out the risk.
