I just got myself a san marco carbon fx mantra saddle for a great price and never thought about the oval carbon rails it has.
I was wondering could anyone recommend a seatpost would suit the carbon rails?

Iv tried googling for results but i'm getting nothing worth while.

No luck googling because it's not really an issue, any seatpost can be used.

As with any carbon part, proper torque is the key. Tighten it up too much and you are looking at an expensive mistake.

I have to disagree with Dirk. There are lots of sadde/seatpost combinations that don't work together. Especially inline seatposts like the 3T dorico is very selective on what saddle can take, as the mechanism is not wide enough for most carbon oversized rails. Some Ritchey posts don't work with oversized carbon rails as well, and I am sure there are more out there.

What's the budget for a seatpost skipz?

Have to disagree myself because iv tried to pair it up with a easton ec70 and its not happening.
I think the rail height is 9mm, its doesnt have a diameter as the rail is more of a rectangle shape.
I dont really have a buget AstraMonti, but id like to source secondhand before new.

Here is the saddle in question

You do know that Ritchey provide clamp kits to take different rail diameters?

I was thinking that myself, but id have to buy the seatpost and then go and buy a clamp kit.
I want to buy just one seatpost/clamp that will do the job.

True, but not for all their models. That's what I am saying, some just won't work with oversized rails.

I think this kind of clamp will work with pretty much every saddle out there.

I've got carbon rails on the saddles of both of my bikes. When buying a suitable seatpost it seems to be a case of hit or miss with not much information out there to advise of whether they'll fit or not. I've had two FSA seatposts with clamps similar to or the same as this and neither of them worked. My two 2 bolt Ritchey seatposts work and the Cannondale C3 which came with my CAAD9 works also.

If you don't want to risk buying an unsuitable seatpost bring your saddle to your LBS.
