Not much sport but maybe they are just viewed as a pest. Poor dogs working in that heat.

Agree on not much sport sure he's right on top of them I was in Austraila two years ago and stayed with my Brother and his Neighbour had two Peacocks in his Garden when I say Garden they live on the edge of a reserve these birds can make some noise he had to ask the Neighbour would he move the Birds to the other side of his Property as he had Family from Ireland on a visit and could not sleep great Country Australia but noisy Peacocks.

Good video but the shots are awful close they are very tame with the dogs so near them! He could nearly use number 8 or 9 cartridges they are so close to him!

It was no more than 20 feet out when he shot it; cloud of feathers in the air, bird seemd dead, tumbling in the air, hit the ground hard; then he shoots it twice again on the ground, near the dogs:(

If you watched the video a minute more he explained that another one broke to the right which he fired at twice and hit it with the second one.
