I wonder if this decision will have ramifications here ...... particularly where the pressure on ISPs is concerned to monitor their users traffic ......
Today, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruled that a social network “cannot be obliged to install a general filtering system, covering all its users, in order to prevent the unlawful use of musical and audio-visual work”.

By definition it has ramifications here. It's really, really good news for ISPs, especially small ones.
