My first htpc

    This is my first post in this forum so Hello to everyone first.

    I interested in building a cheap htpc for under e300 with this spec:

    1TB HDD ( I have 5 of these)
    Fast AMD Dual-core CPU
    ATX motherboard AMD
    Dual Tuner TV-card + USB MPEG-4 Tuner (SAORVIEW HD + Freesat HD)
    WMC Remote
    WIN 7 Home Premium 32 bit (Have 1 License)
    Mid Tower with a 350W+ PSU.
    Infra-red and bluetooth enabled
    Standard DVD Playback
    Onboard Graphics
    Onboard Sound
    XBMC + Mediaportal installed.

    Noise is not essiential but would like to keep it quiet as possible.

    This htpc system main function would be a standalone media player with live tv watch,pause and record. I have built computers in the past and repair them for a living but this is a completely new area to me.

    I want to build and then sell, but have I set the bar too high for myself with just a e300 budget?

    Would it be cheaper to just buy a system?
