    Get on to a local branch office rather than the telesales centre and you'll have a better chance of bringing the price down.

    Agreed, their call centre is a joke even for the simplest of things.

    there closing all their branches due to "restructoring" - best bet call to axa branches - at least they exist

    The best price i seem to be getting is from the website, the call centre and branches are more expensive and they wont pricematch!!

    Internet will have lower premium up front but highest excess and more T&C

    Example

    1.most internet car policy average €500 excess that can apply to Fire & Theft claim instead of normal Accidental damage claims (comp claim !)

    2. Additonal charge for mid-year alterations - ir perm sub / temp sub to other car / lost cert and disc

    3. Addional charges upto 20% if you obtain penalty points...

    4. Are you getting "no step back bonus - stepback bonus or protected bonus for claim use.....

    read the T&C as what ya think is saving you money could cost ya big down the line
