Maynooth or UCD for Arts

    I'm finding it so difficult to pick between these two colleges for next year. The Arts subjects I want to do are english and music and I've heard Maynooth has a better reputation for music. However I live in Dublin and Maynooth is a bit of a pain to get to as I would have to get a bus and a train and therefore I dont think I could enjoy the nightlife there. UCD is waaay closer to me and I know that I'd be able to socialise there however I dont know much about their music course. Please help!

    Your best bet is prob ucd then. Just find out more about music there...how bad can it be? What do you want to do with it?

    Go with UCD. What's really pissing me off right now is how much I'm missing out on since I live an hour and a bit away from it. Going to either wont drastically increase career prospects in comparison to the other.
