Anyone know if it is possible to get a twin USB to printer cable,I spotted this http://www.cablestogo.co.uk/product/81578 but one of the USBs is only for power.

Usb cables are point to point. You can get a switch for them to allow multiple computers to use one device, but they are not much better then just plugging the cables in or out. You can get a usb hub to allow one computer to use multiple devices. I don't believe you can combine the two.
