Despite adding certain domains to my blocked senders list emails are still getting into my inbox. At least one of these I had been registered with but requested not to receive any further mail from them & went thru' their unsubscribe process. Is there some feature I am not enabling?

What about deleting the emailer from contacts and setting the Contacts only email option, where all non-contact emails are dumped in the junk folder?

Did you try using the sweeper in hotmail?

You can set up all junk mail from that contact to go straight into the bin or whatever folder you want. I had to block spam for a long long time for emails regarding penis enlargements and tabacco. Not entirely sure how they got a hold of my email but everytime i blocked them they just kept making a new address and sending me from them. But never from the same email address.

Ive stopped using live mail client and just pinned the hotmail to my taskbar and leave it running in the background, whenever a new email comes in it shows a notification so you dont miss out either if you need to wait for emails
