hypnotherapy

    Apologies if this is in the wrong place (as its not strictly a psychology query)

    I am just wondering what professionals/experienced people here think of hypnotherapy?

    as an alternative to counseling/psychology or even to augment it...............have people here had good experiences................is it considered a reputable alternative and if so who or where in Ireland would a person go to see a reputable hypnotherapist

    The subject has been addressed a number of times in the past on the forum, I would suggest using the search this forum function and you will get a fair bit of information on it.

    tks...will do.....did search boards briefly but did not search this forum specifically...seen a lot of stuff in phobias
