Hi, just trying to get this local needs form done for planning. Architect recommended we submit a letter from ourselves and from other family members in the area to support our application, ie, letter from my mother stating why she wants us to build beside her, etc.

Just struggling on the wording of this and what direction the letter needs to take.

Any advice really appreciated on this one! Thanks :)

my parents are old, they need me to take care of them blah blah... I wont be commuting to Dublin and should not really be living in the city taking the bus to work, blah blah..

from family members - Silkie has grown up here and lived here all he's/her life, plays football in the local GAA blah blah, looking after parents, involved in the community...

be truthful, and provide proof of residence etc

Agree thruthful always is best as it can be obvious when you write pure bulls*t...
Also for my planning application I included a few letters from local clubs/sports that stated my membership of (or lack due to not living close enough) etc... Little things but can't do any harm...
