    I heard this mentioned as an aside by one of our esteemed councillors at a public meeting on tourism in Backstage. Im not sure if it was refering to the hireing of cruisers such as Emerald Star or to a Moon River type cruiser one of which is moored there at the moment. Can anyone enlighten me?

    As far as i know locaboat are setting up a base at Richmond Harbour.So people can hire boats for use on the Royal canal.
