Hey guys just wondering can someone give me some information on exchange capping and how to get it un capped. Currently have an attainable rate of 7 but only get between 2.5 and 3.5 mbps. Line is fault free as is the internal wiring in my house. Anyone any information on the above would be greatly appreciated :)
