    Thanks.

Coast, Monsoon, Debenhams, Arnotts etc should have a good selection.

I would say you'll find something in either Debenhams, Monsoon or Coast though.

    Monsoon, Debenhams

Was thinking of staying away from those shops, do you know of any bridal shops we should look in in Dublin?

Try the Bridal Outlet in Baldoyle, lovely spot, they have the biggest selection of bridesmaid dresses that I saw in any bridal shop.

I only know of one Bridal shop in Dublin, it's where my cousin bought her wedding dress, I have no idea if they do bridesmaids dresses though.

We got our bridesmaids dresses from a shop in Louth (can't remember what shop), they were Dessy dresses though, think they were €115 each. Could be wrong on that though.

Has the bride given you free reign on where to look? Usually she'll have a set style and budget in mind and get the girls together to look?

Pretty much free reign as she lives in NY and she said she trusts us !! Only problem is the wedding is in April.

One good tip we got was to try the Kildare Village outlet centre. Apparently it's very good for bridesmaids dresses but you'd want to make sure you had all the bridesmaids together to make sure you got the right sizes etc.

What do people think of these dresses for the Bridesmaids - two of them like the short one, I like the long and the other one is easy going - would it look silly if there were different? there both navy and maybe with silver jewellery & sandals?

I think they are both grogeous and yes silver would be lovely. They are completely different dresses though so would look a bit odd IMO

That's true - its just personally I think long dresses are better as bridesmaids dress than short - I hope it doesn't turn into a nightmare when shopping next week!! the bride did say she'd prefer long but if needs be cocktail lenght so going to push tfor a long dress
