I have a pair of alloy drop bars perfect condition you can have for a tenner- only they're a 40 not a 42

You'll want to check the diameter of that back hub. Is it a newer or older frame?

    Have you checked out Planet-X?

    http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/c/q/retro

They have bars and quill stems from a tenner. Typically another fiver for delivery.
