    hey guys another question i am struggling with if anyone could help. discuss the crime of rape and rape under section 4 and the meaning of consent under the statues and as interpreted by the courts in case law?

    if anyone could help on the red highlighted part any ideas or suggestions

    Sorry but are you being lazy here? Consent is available and defined in Statute. Just look for it.
