    could anyone tell me what protections were brought by the criminal Law (rape) (amendment) act 1990 and the domestic Violence Act 1996 in light of what was previously availible in ireland.

    any help would be great thanks

    Let me rephrase that question for you to see if it looks more familiar:

    "Discuss the protections that were brought in by the Criminal Law (Rape) Amendment Act 1990 and the Domestic Violence Act 1996 in light of the previous position in Ireland

    nope its not an assignment jst previous exam questions trying to get familiar with the different topics unsure if they will come up but be nice to be ready....
