Adult Dance classes in Maynooth or nearby

    I'd love to join a dance class to help get fit. Does anyone know of any dance classes for adults in the area? I'd consider anything really - salsa, irish dancing etc

    Check out http://www.mowldsacademy.com/ based in Celbridge for Irish Dancing, it's a great way to keep fit in a fun athmosphere. Just give Natalie a call and she can answer any question you may have :)

    hi.. peelo school of dance in celbridge ( its in the industrial estate at applegreen) is really good, i went there for years so i can vouch for the teaching :)

    they have zumba, latin and salsa... and if youre up for the challenge ballet and hip hop :)

    seriously check them out!
