I am trying to contact Ryanair regarding hand luggage and so far I haven't had a satisfactory reply from them.

Twice I have filled in the contact form on their website and received this reply both times.

Unfortunately my query is not answered on their website, hence my need to contact them.

I was going to phone them until I saw they charge €0.95 per minute, ideally I'd prefer to email them (free!) but if I can't I'll have no option but to phone them I guess.

Does anyone know of any email addresses I can send an email to? Or do I have to phone them?

Any help appreciated.

Aye true, I think I might need to phone them though to be sure.

I am going to the U.K in two weeks and might be bringing over two cakes but I need to bring them as hand luggage and need to check with Ryanair whether or not I need to book an extra seat or if they'll be O.K In the hand luggage.

I travelled before with a wedding cake and i just explained to the check in girl that i was carrying it as valuable hand luggage, i had to stow it for take off and landing, but for the rest of the flight i put it on my lap, it arrived in one piece!

Were you allowed your handbag, cabin luggage b and the cakes or did your cakes have to go into your hand luggage bag?

I have a small blue hand luggage case which I'd need to use to transport the cakes & can put my handbag into that if needs be, but would rather not as I don't want to damage the cakes.

I only carried on the box, my partner carried just one piece of hand luggage for the both of us, so not sure if they would let you carry both
