Laptop for design/web development

Starting a placement in a few weeks time where I will be doing a lot of design work (Photoshop) and web development (CSS, HTML5). Until now I've got away with an old notebook and my desktop for college work, but I'll need a more mobile solution for the placement, as well as for future work. The laptop will become my main workhorse, so it needs to be able to handle 3DS Max and HD video editing too.

Preferably I'd like a 15inch laptop, but will settle for 17inches. Full 1080p is an absolute must, as is quad core and 8GB of RAM. My budget is E1000, with possible wiggle room of E200 above that.

Been watching the Dell factory outlet (UK) and there are some great bargains on there, but thought I'd pop on here and see if there's anything else worth looking at.
