iMessage problem

Have an iPhone 4s on eMobile. Sending texts to other iPhone eMobile customers but seems to be only sending as normal text messages. Any one else have this issue?

Are they in wifi range or on 3G? Have they even upgraded to 5xx?

Has it ever worked? Have you ensured you have iMessage on?

It has always worked since I got the phone before Christmas.

It seems to be back working but it wasnt working all day yesterday
