Tracking an SDHC memory card online

    Recently an SDHC memory card was stolen from me and I was thinking if the card leaves any trace that could be found if someone were to use it and post a photo online?

    i.e. if I have copies of photos taken with the card would there be anything in the EXIF info I could use to trace the card? I still have the box the card came in, don't suppose there would be a Serial number on it which could help?

    Any helpful comments much appreciated!

    I don't believe the card carries any info that is written to the exif of an image.

    I don't think there is any way at all to track a card. Sorry.
