Commemorative coins/coin sets

    Im seeing a lot of commemorative euro coins and coins sets around at the moment. Do these accumulate value over time or just retain their initial cost value? If they do become more valuable what factors influences it?

    I totally agree with Blade especially with "supply-demand" and "gold/silver price fluctuations".
