Creating a podcast Help

    hey guys I hope I'm posting in the right place!Myself and my friend have started to do a football podcast type show for our friends that have emmigrated. However my friends are not the most wise technology wise so uploading the file to file factory and just getting them to download it would be too much work!

    So can anyone recommend me some software for podcasts?im thinking there must be a player that is similar to how myspace works etc. I have tried podbean.com but it will only allow me 30 mbs(for free). Any help or advice would be great

    Youtube works well.

    Cheers but its an audio file uploading it as a 40 minute video file would defeat the purpose
