Solo Easter Trip

    Hi all
Any advice would be appreciated. My marriage has broken down and I really need to get away. Because of work I have to go from April 6th/7th-14th/15th. I will be going alone and wanted to do a group tour (gap/intrepid or similar). But the only ones of these that seem to suit were egypt and turkey and I don't think both are a good idea at the moment.
Has anyone any ideas? Even if I had to fly to and from somewhere and then join a week long tour? I love the outdoors and nature and scenery and food and cooking. Although I am not as super fit as I used to be......
    Thanks in advance

Outdoors and nature and scenery you say... How about Iceland?
Wallace do Easter trips direct and there were singles on the last time I went with them. Its a bit expensive for a few days, but it sounds like you need to treat yourself!

Thanks a million but due to work can't go until the 6th or 7th. Also would like to go for a week as I'm not back to work until the 16th

I had a quick look at the guardian's tour section and there didn't seem to be any suitable tours on the dates you mentioned.

If you have any of the UK papers from last weekend it might be best to check them as there's more choice of tours.
