How to record internet radio

Theres an internet radio show that I've got in the habit of listening to. However work commitments sometimes get in the way. Can someone tell me how I can set my computer to record this show for personal listening.

Thanks dixie, I've only had a quick look at that, there doesnt seem to be a way of setting it to a particular station. I was hoping to set this up on home computer to record when I'm not home. I guess it would work if I could leave the radio playing all day but there are others in the house.
