FIS payments while doing a FAS course

My husband has applied for FIS in his name, after he applied i started a FAS course which runs for 26 weeks. Does anyone know if this income is means tested against the FIS payment? We are still waiting to hear from FIS. I rang recently and was told there was still another month or so wait but she asked me if i was earning…

We are still waiting to hear from FIS. I rang recently and was told there was still another month or so wait but she asked me if i was earning and i told her i was now doing a FAS course but she did not ask what i was earning on it.

Have googled this question and can't find any answers.

They take into account what you are doing at the time of application.If you started the course after the date of application it wont be assessed.
