Can I ask why you are conducting this poll? What is the aim of it?

No, I am not one of the 168 but know several personally, none of whom were consulted.

My understanding of the law is that the instructing applicants have the final say on a decision.

I bring this up now because on the NARGC they insist that they were the only instructing party
    "
The NARGC was the sole financial supporter and instructing party in the test cases.
Countryside Alliance was not at any time, nor at any level, involved in any of these cases.
Countryside Alliance did not provide a single cent of financial contribution towards the defence of any of the 168 refused applicants whose cases were before the High Court . "

If any of the 168 had paid any money towards this case then that makes them party to the decision and I am enquiring as to whether or not they were consulted.

It is a simple poll, no names or info needed, just a 1 in three choice

Impossible to verify the results though CS.
And I understand that it is possible to sign over the right to instruct, which might have happened in this case.

Mind you, if it hasn't, there would be some pointed questions I'd be asking if I was one of the 168.
