bbc HD channels , signal not locking

hi lads
i have a panasonic DMRS850 {freesat},
i have noticed a while back , that when i went on to the bbc hd channel , they would not open , would show no signal .
have updated the software , made no difference . did a rescan ..
checked my f connections , all ok .all other channels ok .
in the mene signal bar , all the channels have perfect signals .
but when you go to the bbc hd channels . the bar show no signal and not locked .
anybody come across this .
did not worry to much before , because i could get them thru the aerial . but the aerial is out a little and not garanteed the hd channels .

Hi Timetunnel,

Just make sure that all the parameters for that transponder are set correctly. They should be as follows.

Freq: 10847
SR: 23000
Polarization: V
Modulation: DVB-S2 QPSK
Code Rate (FEC): 8/9
Pilot: OFF

freesat menu wont allow you im put that info , it does it auto, tried it in non free sat mode . no bbc hd channels came in .

Did a quick dig around on Google and it has been suggested elsewhere that this problem may be solved by resetting your box to "Shipping Conditions" and running Auto Setup again. I'm not familiar with the box in question but it may mean that you will lose any customisation/channel lists etc. that you will have to re-do afterwards.
