Hi, It's all in the title really. When I go to watch the TV the box turns on, the green light flickers for a second and then after a while "Load >>" appears on screen and then it goes into stand-by before the whole pattern starts again. Can anyone help me fix or tell me whats wrong??

Plug it out at the wall, leave it unplugged for about two minutes and try it again. If it is still happening after that then its probably knackered and you will need to contact UPC.

Just tried that now, even gave it a few minutes extra, still doing the same. Only have the box about 8 months :S Is it possible that it has over heated and is just knackered now?

Switch the box off with on/off switch on the rear of box.
Hold down the CH+ CH- and REC buttons(on the box) while still holding down these 3 buttons switch the box back on at the rear. Not the most easiest thing to do on your own. Keep them held down till "Clear" comes up on the display. release buttons and wait till "done" appears on display. Then switch box off at rear and turn back on,you should end up at the installation screen if done right.
Activation code for Dublin is 131. Follow any other on screen instructions to complete process.

Are your recordings still all there?

Yep recordings were all still there and worked perfectly from what I can see. All scheduled recordings were deleted though.
