    Hi All,

Struggle as I might, I can't get my head around land law. I will most likely have to seek some sort of one to one tuition in prep my exams in may, but for the mean time I am in a serious bind re compulsory coursework that I have to pass, due tomorrow.

The main issues I have to research/write about are:

    - Unconstitutionality/unconscionability of continuing to have to pay ground rents to someone in respect of one's own home
    - The relevance in regard to the above of the titles not being the same amongst differing properties due to being built at different times
    - The distinction between property that was left to one's father/his heirs and a 19th century fee farm grant
    - The argument that one's right to absolute ownership under a 19th century fee farm grant is constitutionally protected
    - Why can one party (in the case of the inherited property) do what they like with a property, while the latter person (fee farm grant) must pay an annual rent and comply with covenants contained therein.

As I said, I am not looking to be spoonfed, but anyone who can help would very much be getting me out of a bind. I am willing to do the work, but literally just do not have the first clue where to look in my course notes.

    Thanks :(
