Hi There,
I am an independent retailer looking for small food producers in the Clare area. I am specifically looking for producers of jams,chutneys,cheese,confectionery and breads. If you are a small food producer or know of any I would be grateful if you could PM me.

Mountshannon market on satrurday's is a great place to taste and meet small food producers. Quality of food is exceptional. soem vendors are keen to exand their customer base.
It is open from 11.00 to 3.00pm, I think.

You might try giving the County Enterprise Board 065-6841922 and Clare Local Development Office 065-6866800. They should have a more concise list of food producers in the county.
