I want to get some of my pics onto canvas, can anyone recommend any websites that offer a reasonably priced service, and also, if and how I can check my pics first to see if the resolution/quality is good enough to translate..thanks!

Vistaprint.ie have always got free promos on!
U could try one from there for free and if you're happy with quality etc, then order more :)

I know there are a good few websites, I have looked at several, but i want to know which ones anyone has actually used and is happy with rather than just picking a random one and getting a poor quality print. some of them seem a bit too cheap..

I recently got my first canvas done by www.photobox.ie and I was very happy with it.

I got a number of canvases from createacanvas.ie and found them great. Not sure if the pricing is more or less than elsewhere but what I liked with them is:

    1. You can get an idea of how the different sizes/shapes of the finished canvas will look on your wall. (They have a sofa above which your print hangs and changes as you decide on other size options).

    2. The site tells you if the pic you have uploaded is not suitable for the size chosen before you order.

    3. Your canvas arrives already mounted.

    4. Postage for any amount of canvases (or sizes) is €10 and everything arrives very well packed and in perfect condition.

    5. Your order arrives within a few days.

(I am not connected with createacavas in anyway. Although after this post they should probably have me on commission :D ).
