Partial knee replacement soon wondering about Cyro Cuff for icing

Hi, Due to have a Partial knee replacement very soon and from what I gather icing is very important and wondered if anyone has used a Cyro Cuff machine I believe our UK counterparts use them regulary for knee surgery recovery.
