I recently bought a second hand 1.2 channel master, polar mount etc, re-sprayed the dish and sanded down the mount and gave it a few coats of hammerite and got some zinc nuts and bolts, cant seem to find stainless steel bolts.

I have put up disecq motorized systems before, but not to sure on 36v system.

The markings on the long bolt on the polar mount where you set the lattitude are gone, but got a pic from another site with a ruler alongside a new bolt with markings, so i can set the lattitude with that.

When setting this system up is it just a case of setting my lattitude on the polar mount, move the actuator halfway out, so i can get the same east and west, stick it on the mount, use the declination on the polar mount as dish elivation to find the sat along with moving the whole dish/mount on the pole, find 5w tighten up everything fall into place.
