    Hi Folks,

Hope all the results went ok. I have 4 exams left and June time is the best time for me to fit in the most exams. I have left to do F9, P1 and two options, I am definitely doing P6 but i want to leave it to do on its own in December (if I am successful in June).

So has anyone any advice on which other option I could do to compliment F9 and P1, I had heard that P4 was an add on to F9, would I be overlapping the study somewhat?

Work was allowing me the time to complete all four in June, as they wanted them all out of the way, but F9 and P6 are on the one day.....

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Mac

you cannot do the option papers until you have completed all the F papers, i was in the same position last year ..... i tried everything but acca wont allow you to atempt any of the P4-P7 unless every paper in F's have been completed.

so you'll have to do F9 and P1.. then the options at xmas!

    Best of luck :D

    Hi Cocker,

Thanks for your reply. I just went into apply for the exams and it will allow me to select an option to sit with f9 and p1.

Maybe when i go to pay there is a limit on it then.

    Thanks,
    Maclyn

Maybe the rules have chagned... i tried to do F7 and p5 and it wouldnt let me, plus when i tried to register in independant colleges in dublin they wouldnt allow it either :o... this was jan 2011.... so maybe things have changed!

P5 is a good paper to do with P1 theres some over lap...;)

    Hi Cocker,

I have only four left to do, f9, p1 and two options, I think you have to have up to p3 done or be attempting to sit them before you can take options, so maybe that is why I have the option, as I have p2 and p3 passed (thankfully) already.

I was the same passed P1 and P3 no problems first time... before i passed F7 i got stuck on F7.... so tried to do F7 and P5 as at the time F7 and P2 were on the same day... but still couldnt do it... so i dunno ... that was a year ago... so maybe its changed!

    Best of luck :)
