Sore hands while swimming

    Hey wonder can any one help me i swim a lot 6 times a week for 2 hours but my hands get really wrinkly and very sore after the hour and a half mark, any one got any tips or products on how to prevent this i tried Vaseline and keeping my hands moisturized would like to be able to swim for longer duration but my hands get really sore or do i just have to suck it up and get on with it ?
