    how much concrete do i need for a dog run 11ft by 9ft and also how much would it be?

    roughly

    11ft = 3.3m
    9ft = 2.7m
    taking 4in deep = 0.1m

    gives you 0.891m3

    should get a cubic meter of concrete for round about 65/70 euro... might have to pay a part-load charge though.

    You'd be better to buy a tonne bag of gravel and a few bags of cement, mix it by hand/shovel - there's really not that much in it.
    If your feeling lazy - you could always borrow/hire amixer for an hour or two.:D
